me and other mems can help u in undastandin m learn c++ beter,its best in my view cause its the oldest object oriented langugage,and most of resarch in it has been d0ne,while others like java r stil raw. im myself doin it,but wil b a gud one 4 u:) *

by application,u mean WINDOWS PROGRAMMING,yes it can only b done by WIN API FUNCTIONS only by c,c++ or Csharp,u cannot use java for api directly, thats why c is best *
